I have 25 years as a start-up leader in healthcare.  As VP of Business Development and Strategic Planning, I led many start-ups and transformative initiatives across various healthcare platforms for large, multi-hospital systems.

My accountabilities depend on partnerships with the CEO, board of directors, and executive leadership in the ongoing generation and execution of system strategies.  My success depends on being in relationships with very diverse work teams while negotiating competing priorities in adverse conditions.

I know what it is to work without appropriate staffing, lack of engagement and unrealistic targets while accountable for outcomes.  I understand competing priorities, lack of critical resources, and being frustrated with conditions seemingly out of my control.
